01 Overview What these Terms cover and how they apply when you use or shop with RAW III.

Last updated: October 2026

Welcome to RAW III.

The terms we, us and our refer to RAW III. RAW III operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, features, products and services made available through it (collectively, the Services).

RAW III is operated from Germany and is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Services and purchases made through the RAW III online store.

By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and any other policies expressly referenced in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that you have as a consumer under applicable law.

02 Access & Customer Accounts Rules for browsing the store, using customer accounts and providing accurate information.

You may browse the store without creating a customer account unless a particular feature requires one.

Where you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for maintaining the security of access to that account.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

If you place an order, you must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information necessary for us to process and fulfil the order.

03 Products Product descriptions, availability, display differences and production variations.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.

Colours, textures and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, photography and manufacturing process.

For printed or made-to-order garments, minor variations in positioning, colour reproduction or finish may occur as part of the production process, provided that the product otherwise conforms to the contract and applicable legal requirements.

Product availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or product variants at any time.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

04 Orders & Contract Formation How orders are submitted, accepted, corrected, cancelled or refused.

When you submit an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

Before submitting your order, you will be given the opportunity to review and correct the information you entered.

A contract is formed when we accept your order in accordance with the checkout and order-confirmation process.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inability to fulfil the order, payment failure or other circumstances that make fulfilment impossible or unlawful.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount.

Customers may request cancellation before fulfilment where the functionality available through their customer account permits it. A cancellation request does not affect any statutory withdrawal rights that may apply.

05 Prices, Taxes & Payment How prices, taxes, shipping charges and payment methods are shown at checkout.

Prices shown to consumers are total prices and include legally applicable taxes and price components where required by law.

Additional shipping or delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed separately before the customer submits the order.

Where RAW III is legally entitled to apply a VAT exemption or is otherwise not required to charge VAT, VAT will not be separately charged merely because the product is sold through the online store.

The final amount payable will be displayed before the customer places the order.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or other payment providers made available through the store.

06 Shipping & Delivery Shipping destinations, fulfilment partners, delivery estimates and consumer risk rules.

We ship to destinations made available at checkout.

Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process where available.

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by production times, carriers, customs processing, public holidays, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where products are manufactured or fulfilled by third-party production partners, including print-on-demand providers, fulfilment and shipment may take place from facilities operated by those partners.

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage does not automatically pass to you merely because the goods have been handed to a carrier selected by us. The statutory rules governing consumer sales remain applicable.

Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.

07 Returns, Refunds & Defective Products Withdrawal rights, returns, refunds and remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.

Consumers who purchase through distance selling may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days. For goods, the period normally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Details about exercising the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, return costs and the model withdrawal form are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply. In particular, the withdrawal right can be excluded for goods that are genuinely produced according to an individual customer choice or clearly personalised to that customer's needs.

A normal RAW III design produced only after an order is placed is not automatically treated as personalised merely because it is print-on-demand. The personalised-goods exception applies only where the customer has actually customised the product.

Nothing in our voluntary return rules reduces any mandatory statutory warranty, withdrawal or consumer rights.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected by these Terms.

Where applicable consumer law requires repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract or other remedies, those rights remain available in accordance with the law.

We do not use these Terms to exclude or shorten mandatory consumer warranty rights.

08 Intellectual Property Ownership and permitted use of RAW III content, branding, graphics, photography and materials.

Unless otherwise stated, the RAW III website and its original content, designs, branding, graphics, photographs, text, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to RAW III and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorised derivative works from RAW III materials without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Shopify names, logos and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors.

09 Third-Party Services & Links How third-party tools, external links and Shopify's platform role relate to your use of the store.

We may provide access to tools, integrations or services supplied by third parties. Those services may be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. You should review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their respective terms and policies.

RAW III is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases made through the RAW III store are made directly between you and RAW III. Shopify is not the seller of RAW III products and is not responsible for RAW III's fulfilment of customer orders.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

10 Privacy, Customer Data & Feedback How personal information and customer-submitted content are handled.

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Shopify and other service providers may process personal information where necessary to operate the store, process payments, provide fulfilment, prevent fraud or provide other store functionality.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about data processing, customer rights and applicable privacy choices.

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content to RAW III, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material.

You remain responsible for content you submit and must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing or malicious content.

Where reasonably necessary to display, reproduce or promote customer-submitted content, you grant RAW III a non-exclusive right to use that material for those purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement made with you.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of your intellectual-property rights to RAW III unless separately agreed.

11 Errors, Prohibited Uses & Service Availability Website corrections, misuse restrictions, automated access and service availability.

Despite reasonable efforts, information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate product information, incorrect availability or other mistakes. We may correct errors and update information. Where an error affects an existing consumer contract, your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

You must not use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights; to transmit malware or harmful software; to interfere with website security or operation; to scrape or collect personal data unlawfully; to impersonate another person; to attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts; or to engage in conduct that violates applicable law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or third parties.

Automated systems, bots or software agents must not access or interact with the Services in a manner that circumvents security measures, access controls, rate limits or other technical restrictions. Automated access must comply with applicable law and any technical instructions made available by RAW III.

We aim to keep the Services available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, Shopify services, payment systems, telecommunications networks or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
